- m_material_properties.cp(Temp, composition)
Evaluates the specific heat capacity at constant pressure \(c_p\).
- Parameters:
Temp – temperature (\(T\))
composition – material composition (\(C\))
- Returns:
A user-defined function of temperature and composition.
- m_material_properties.k(Temp, composition)
Evaluates the thermal conductivity \(k\).
- Parameters:
Temp – temperature (\(T\))
composition – material composition (\(C\))
- Returns:
A user-defined function of temperature and composition.
- m_material_properties.rho(Temp, composition, xm)
Evaluates the density \(\rho\).
- Parameters:
Temp – temperature (\(T\))
composition – material composition (\(C\))
xm – melt fraction (\(\chi\))
- Returns:
For ice \(\rho = (1 - \chi)\rho_i(T) + \chi\rho_w\)
